A few years ago I wanted to do some large Mosaics made out of LEGO bricks. While planning the project I realized how expensive the finished model would be.
In an effort to find a cheaper way to make Mosaics out of LEGO bricks I came up with this style.
What started as a new road design that I have wanted to do for some time, has turned into a bit more than just a new road surface. I found that the texture the 1x3 slopes give off when switching the directions of the bricks creates a cobblestone or brick look….
Just finished setting up my display that will be part of the COLTC display at this year’s Ohio State Fair…..
