Seeing not what you’re looking at, Computer Rendered Photographic Artwork that breaks the laws of Physics.

When rendering a photo of a scene of a model on the computer, I’m able to use camera settings and lenses not possible in the physical world. I’m also able to change how light rays interact within the models scene. The finial image is more light than an image of the actual model.

** Update: This would now be called Infinity Mirrors or an Infinity Box. If it was made in real life. I created various boxes and shapes that had the 3D models inside being mirrors. I then add some color in various areas of the box. Allowing Pov-Ray software to render as if it was in real life.

In the beginning, each image would take hours just to test and then days to render the final version. Then I used Online Cloud servers that allowed me to test in about 10min with final renders taking hours. But then I started to make a larger and larger final version as the computers became more powerful.

Currently, I was able to get a used Proliant Server with 2 Xeon X5675 loaded with cheap used memory purchased and shipped for just $125.00 years ago. Gotta love it when no one else bids on stuff.

Hearing this thing chug along with all the fans blowing loudly and using 100% of the CPU’s 24 cores is amazing. Plus putting off some serious heat while rendering. Seeing each pixel getting created is enjoyable.

My limit now is the rendering software I used to make these.

Personally, I think I may a proved we are in a simulation…. But unable to control time delays from light travel in the software as in our life. When I created a very large halo-like our solar system and added some planets and the sun in the middle I started to get what appeared as galaxies and stars. And since light travels forever, what if what we see above is just our own past… ya see page https://gallaghersart.com/page/one_of_many_or_only_one

Unfortunately, currently, I am limited to like 255 reflections in the mirrored chamber. And all reflections are as the first. No redshift and only reflections of our solar system as today not in the past.

Enjoy!
