Short info: My use of 3D printed cards, or plates with raised areas that add pressure to each fold of fabric that denies the Dye access to those areas. To give it a name I merged the words Dye and Denied = Dyenied.
I will be sharing everything about this soon, still working out so many issues, and finding happy mistakes. Will share Files need to 3D print for personal use for free, then some sort of commercial version (same files) that could be used to sell.
Right now just have parts for LG-XL size shirts. Once I have my designs working I will make sizes for all sizes of shirts.
SO I have a lot to do, rather than sitting on this for months while I work this out, I will be posting as I do things, then clean it all up with a nice post once best practices are figured out.
Currently I running through ideas, planned and not planned mistakes. Several times did not apply all the dye I had planned..
Every shirt is 100% Cotton, some may have Seam thread that is not. Been through the washing machine with max 5 shirts at a time At least 3 times, hand rinsed several times, Dried twice, then I spend 1 – 6+ hours per shirt one on one. I’m not really interested in cheap quick designs. I can take orders for sizes and deigns shown here. Please note every shirt will be different, and happy mistakes are good.
