This is the “dropper” for the system that propels Space Containers to speeds that allow the container to escape Earth’s gravity without any use of rockets.
As each Oceanic Ship docks into a receiving bay, a single Space Container is unloaded. While at the lower level any finial loading and cleaning takes place. Once ready for launch the containers are moved to the top level and placed into a queue for launching.
Basically a 6-shot revolver with magazines. As soon as one container clears the launch tube another starts to drop. Also, once the area is cleared another container is loaded. The Idea is that many Containers are launched at once.
